1976 Empress #39 23&; motor 360, foot-long in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

I acquired this charming motorhome from my grandparents. Well maintained and running excellent, this motorhome was used each year with reduced mileage. Dodge 360, 23 foot long, three beds (two benches changes to sleep 6), stove/oven, furnace, fridge on gas,.
I have put brand-new tires, indoor carpet as well as home window treatments, closed windows and also misc various other things like dripping pipes.
I have additionally replaced all electric elements from Battery to the coil (consisting of representative, ignition system cords, coil, ballast, electrical ignition, ect). There is an unsolved concern that requires proper testing, as it has to be direct wired to from Coil to Electric battery to run.
Like any sort of aged car things constantly need interests as they age. Currently, the muffler has gap, and window washing machine has stopped functioning. The alternator has to be replaced (I have the part).
I am looking for somebody that would love to enjoy this automobile as much as I did as a kid growing up. I had good objectives by purchasing the automobile, however merely don't use it and I don't would like to view it run out. Trying to distribute at a fair price ... $3000 obo.
