Your sharing the lower level space with one other. 3 friendly others who have bedrooms upstairs - 2 males and a female. We have our own kitchen ,bathroom living area. The house is quiet and peaceful.
You have healthy boundaries, are respectful of privacy, clean up after yourself, and are a student or a full time day worker with solid employment. Excessive alcohol, any hard drug use, parties is a deal breaker.
