Extremely versatile, this light-weight (30 pounds), agile aluminum road bike is spacious and comfortable for long stretches and efficient on both pavement and packed gravel like the trails you'd encounter on the Galloping Goose. The wide-range rapidfire 24-speed shifting and braking (hydraulic disc!) are top-notch with a decent Shimano drivetrain (Altus/Deore). The 700c tires are pretty much like new.
With a 49cm silver metallic frame and the large wheels, it's great for anyone from about 5'3" up to 5'9" (me). Men or women will enjoy this equally. And it's a Kona, one of the best consumer brands in the Northwest.
Commuting? It's easy to toss on your shoulder and trot up that flight of stairs - really!
I'm in Sooke, but delivery in Greater Victoria is an option.
Reason for selling - I am liquidating my entire collection to help offset the recent purchase of a $2,000+ ebike (which I certainly can't carry up stairs!).
