WANTED: Morning stable hand Monday to Friday in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

Looking for an experienced, reliable stable hand for morning chores at Element Equestrian in Metchosin. Must be available Monday through Friday MORNINGS. There are two shift possibilities:
Half shift (2-2.5hrs) - can be 6/6:30am to 8/8:30am, before school/work arrangement, for someone that enjoys getting up and out early! Could also be 7:30-9:30/10am. You'd be responsible for breakfast feed, mucking stalls, sweeping, turnout and other odd jobs. All stalls and paddocks get cleaned twice daily, so they are quite quick to clean.
Full shift (4-4.5hrs) - 7:30am to 12:30/1pm with half hour-hour break. You'd be responsible for breakfast feed, turnout, mucking stalls and paddocks, sweeping, raking, lunch feed/turnout, and other odd jobs.
Applicant must have reliable transportation. We are also on a bus route. HCBC and references required. Must be able to work unsupervised, be self motivated and able to move hay bales (60lbs +), mend fences and handle horses of various sizes and ages comfortably. Pay depends on experience and can be by the shift or hourly. Preference for someone that would be interested in trading for boarding, leasing or lessons. Email or text to set up an interview!
