ISO Full board in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

I currently live in Sooke and board in Sidney. My horse and I love our spot but are hoping to find a boarding situation closer to home for Sept 1st. We are looking for a quiet, private, upscale facility with dressage being the predominant discipline. Must have an excellent well drained riding ring with lights for year round use or an indoor. Large stall with large walk out paddock. Top quality hay and feed. Seasonal turn out on pasture would be great. I am a dedicated young adult rider and my horse is a well mannered warm blood mare. I can provide excellent references. Looking for full board as I am currently working and will be going to school part time in Sept. I am willing to look at other options if you require occasional help. Looking for something in Saanich closer to Victoria or on the West Shore, Metchosin, Sooke area. Thank you!
