Leather Sectional Sofa with Chaise Lounger in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

This Couch is fake leather with a lot of wear in it. There are no tears in the material, its just flaking on the surface.
Its structurally sound, and super comfortable. I usually keep a fuzzy throw tucked onto the bottom and back
Its not perfect, but it cheap, its large and comfortable, it fills the space nicely, and it looks good. I paid 250 for this in the same condition and got a good year out of it.
Dimensions are as follows:
Sofa Part: 34" deep and 71" wide
Chaise part: 36" wide and 68" long
Altogether it is 107" wide if you use it attached, or you can use them seperately as I have at times
