Welded Aluminium 16 foot boat in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

I am listing my boat as I don't have time for it any longer.
The boat is as the title says, a WELDED ALUMINIUM 1994 16 foot Boat on trailer with a 40hp Mercury outboard and electric trolling motor on the bow with foot controls. This boat has 4 comfortable seats that 3 can be moved to other positions during fishing.
This boat has full electronics which include a Lowrance GPS, fish finder/depth sounder. Marine VHF and Marine stereo.
Also included are 2 extra props, one still new in box the other new with out.
Boat comes with 2 Canon manual down riggers w/ weights and Scotty clips.
A live well with circulation pump is build into the foredeck along with anchor storage and batteries for the electric motor. Rod holder is built into the port side and more storage on the stern.
