This bright and well maintained 2-bedroom suite resides on the ground-floor of a 2010-built home. The home sits as the last house on a dead-end, shared private driveway with a foot path that connects through to the neighbouring subdivision. The front of the house faces a large meadow and the side and backyard are surrounded by greenery and a creek that runs through the trees. On foot, you can walk to the ocean in 10-15 minutes and to Sooke town centre in about the same amount of time.
The home is soundly built with 2" x 6" construction, which not only helps to assist with soundproofing between the upper and lower floors, but also is well insulated to help keep the heat in during the colder months.
