WANTED - Shared Home in Sooke, British Columbia

Hi there. I am currently relocating from Sooke and will be in need of accommodation.
I am a home owner and will be renting my house in Sooke for the time being. I have a well over a 700 beacon credit score.
I am a very youthful, active and VERY clean 42 yo guy. I work / train as a guide and I have a very secure finical situation (I receive a military pension) Most days I am out kayaking, skiing, hiking, riding, climbing or swimming. I am very respectful of people and property. I am a very health conscious person.
I'm currently looking for a place to share with 1 or a couple others. I prefer a home with non-smokers / non party atmosphere. Animals are fine, but I don't have any. Comfortable, clean and roomy is really what I'm looking for. A covered place to park a quiet and clean motorcycle would be something I would need. Price is definitely flexible and I willing to pay more for a high end place. If you have some space to share or know someone that does...please drop me a line!
