We are an easy going middle aged couple wanting roommates simply because the rent in this beautiful house is draining us to pay for alone each month! but it is so lovely that if the right people came along it would be just as nice to share it with someone else!
We pretty much keep to ourselves so the living room areas will be all for you to enjoy! We hAve flat screen tv in our room.

There is a huge open kitchen, dining room, living room area, with lots of light. Hardwood floors throughout and great big oak doors And trim throughout, sun room for gardening indoors or to use as a nice very bright studio. Shared laundry two days a week. One-two parking spaces available and an RV hookup on property as well for rent.
Enjoy, the wildlife that come close to us as we have an owls nest with babies behind the house! Tons of trails to walk on, very close to the beach!
We only use our bedroom which is on the top floor most of the time. We also use the basement & garage and the laundry a few times a week. Once in a while we need the stove or oven but we have fridge, microwave etc in our own room so we cook and eat mostly in there.
There is a shared washer and dryer two days a week! Available now!
