Furnished room 9x12 with adjacent bathroom and large closet in four bedroom house. Modern kitchen, large dining and living area with view, balcony and garden. The house is spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood close to nature, bus route, shopping, and town centre. Wireless internet and all utilities are included in rent. The room is furnished.
You would share the main floor of the house with two mature roommates, and eventually two cats (currently still in Vancouver). Looking for someone who will fit with my life style (healthy, clean, active, sustainable living), likes cats, is comfortable in their skin, caring and responsible, a student, traveler or working person. No couples please. No smoking, no strong fragrances, and no additional pets. I am a friendly, unconventional and caring person with lifelong experience in sharing my home with others, honest, fun, a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with the people I live with.
