Located on kangaroo road just minutes from Langford. The room I'm offering to rent out will be unfurnished. The house includes everything a person needs including washer/dryer, all new appliances, two bathrooms, second floor deck, bbq, fire pit... The rent is all inclusive and no long term lease required! Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved and house trained. You will have the house to yourself most of the time as I will be away with work for weeks and sometimes months at a time.
