We have a room available for rent beginning as early as Feb 1st. The house is located on Powliuk Cres, just minutes from the Sooke downtown core. You'll be sharing the main floor of a two storey house; with access to a washer and dryer and dishwasher plus a parking spot. We have a small amount of storage space available in the garage. Large fenced in backyard, quiet neighbourhood and access to lots of different walking and biking trails. Your roommates will be myself, my partner (both in our 30's) and on occasion, an amazing two and half year old boy with a love of all types of vehicular machinery imaginable. We also have a sweet (if not slightly needy) husky pointer. We're looking for someone to share our space with us who likes cooking great food, loves playing games and enjoys being social. Smokers are welcome though obviously no smoking inside. There is a downstairs suite with a kind and quiet couple who have been here for years and between us all we split the utility and hydro bills. The internet bill is split 3 ways between those of us upstairs.
