This room is the master with a en suite. Fair size approximately 400sqft. This bedroom has a queen bed frame with a box-spring with matching dresser and mirror. A small fridge.
All kitchen accoutrements are provided. The common areas the kitchen and main room for entertainment are furnished.
There is a large/garage - work shop, my tools may be used as long as they are put back where found and repaired if needed, materials replaced. A large heated and lit crawl space for storage.
This property situated on 1/4 acre private lot about a 15 min walk to Sooke core and Ella's beach down the road. It has many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, Shoppers drug-mart, Clinic, life labs, even getting a Tim Horton's... lol.
If you are a outdoor enthusiast enjoy hiking, beaches, kayaking, surfing, cycling and camping it's a great spot to explore ... not quite Tofino however, I prefer this side of this South West coast. Closer and just as scenic.
Around the corner from the bus stop. It's approximately 20-25 min drive to Langford, 35 - 45 min. drive to Victoria. Well lit street, mail across the road.
The house is shared with two others who both work 40+ hrs per week. One person in a small cabin in the backyard, another in a self-sufficient camperized Van. Party days are over, though socialization is welcome... small fire pit in the back.
Well treed and private. Neighbors are quiet. Smoking is allowed out side. BBQ soon to be replaced.
This is inclusive which includes wifi, netflix, garbage, heat, hydro etc.
Damage deposit and first month and 1/2 of last months rent required, impeccable references required min. 2 - prefer employer, previous landlord and someone who has known you for at least 10 years.

Available immediately prorated, I would prefer at least a couple weeks to get some painting done and organize following the previous tenant.
