Hello. I am a friendly, always smiling, full time working professional lady who is looking to share my lovely top floor corner (1,200 sq. ft.) ocean front condo. The room to rent is a good size (12ft x 13ft) and comes fully furnished (or not). I bought this property as a peaceful sanctuary (I have no husband or children) and am looking for a like minded individual who loves nature, is quiet, clean, caring, personable and responsible. My total cost (property tax, strata fees, heat, hydro, insurance, internet, Netflix and mortgage) is just over $1,700.00. I am asking $650.00 incl. Yes, there is a washer and dryer too! I am away from home 12 hours a day and usually travel up to 3 months of the year. I am super quiet, do all my socializing away from the home, usually take a walk after work, read an hour each evening, and when I occasionally watch a show in my room, I always use my headphones.
