My housemate and I are looking for a new housemate to share our idyllic remotely located home that also happens to be a recording studio; with all the bells and whistles. We are both serious musicians as well as hard workers. It would be fantastic to share the house with someone who may be creative, self-sufficient, motivated, with a good sense of humour. We appreciate a fine cup of coffee or tea in the mornings and are appreciative of open and honest communication to keep the vibe in the house positive and friendly.
The place is deal for musicians! You might also be a professional like us and have an interest or expertise in sound or video production and recording processes. Currently we are a non-drinking or smoking household but are open to someone who might drink socially. The water in the home comes from a recently tested Artesian well. The house is a spacious 2700 sq. ft. 2 story modern home and is located on 5 acres in Metchosin. Very close to the Galloping Goose Trail.
