Description : This accommodation is pretty much its own self contained space within our family home, with its own entrance off our shared deck, and full personal bathroom. For preparing snacks, lunches, and warming stuff up, there is a countertop space in the unit with sink, small Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc (sorry no hotplates allowed inside ) . For cooking, you may share our kitchen in the main house or access the mini deck grill.
Rent is $760 month includes ; Shared Wifi , heat, hydro and water up to $ 20 month. Small car parking . Coin laundry on site.
Applicant must be clean, quiet, kid and dog friendly, as the unit is located within our family home and there are occasionally family sounds during the day, but we are out a lot at school and work. Not suited to shift workers, light sleepers or folks that keep late hours.
No smokers inside or out , no partyers, 420 use,
No overnight guests due to Septic limits, and this being a semi shared accomodation.
2 Excellent rental references , rental application , and 1/2 a months rent as damage deposit required.
Note : Opportunity to work off some rent in exchange for childcare-3 active kids age 8-11 (Up to Approx 10-15 hrs a month at $10 hr. Must be skilled , sporty and energetic! )
