Located in Sooke on bus route 61. Ocean and mountain views, near Galloping Goose Trail, West Coast Adventure College, and Adreneline Zip lines. Best suited to someone without a car as there's no off street parking.
Description : This accommodation is pretty much its own self contained space within our family home, with full personal bathroom, and a countertop space, with sink, small Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc (sorry no hotplates allowed inside ) . For real cooking, you may share our kitchen in the main house or access the mini deck grill.
Rent is $760 month ( not negotiable ) ,includes ; Shared Wifi , heat, hydro and water up to $ 30 month. Coin laundry on site.
Applicant must be quiet, kid and dog friendly, as the unit is located within our family home and there are some family sounds during the day, but we are out a lot at school and work. Not suited to shift workers, light sleepers or folks that keep late hours. Noise curfew 1030pm-7am.
No smokers inside or out , no partyers, 420 use,
No overnight guests due to Septic limits, and this being a semi shared accomodation.
2 Excellent rental references , rental application , and 1/2 a months rent as damage deposit required.
Note : Opportunity to work off some rent in exchange for childcare-3 active kids age 8-11 (Up to Approx 10-15 hrs a month at $10 hr. Must be skilled , sporty and energetic! )
