2 x MEC National Unisex Touring Bikes - M & L in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

One Medium (51cm) and one Large (58cm) MEC National Touring Unisex Bicycle for sale. Both purchased for a tour in May 2018. They served us extremely well, but we have now finished touring and they no longer suit our needs. Specs of both bikes are:
-Triple butted Reynolds 520 steel frame is solid and dependable.
- Avid BB7 disc brakes provide solid stopping power.
- Shimano Deore and XT components provide granny-gear options for climbing in the Rockies and power gears for opening it up through the prairies.
- Mavic rims with Continental Contact Plus tires
- Rear disc mounts inside the rear triangle so it won't interfere with racks or fenders.
In addition to these stock features, both bikes also come with the following:
- Front and rear Planet Bike Cascadia II Hybrid fenders
- Filzer PR-4 rear pannier rack
- Victor VP-196 pedals
- Wellgo plastic toe clips and nylon straps
- 2 x drink bottle holders
- 1 x VDO M2.1 Wireless bike computer (only 1, not per bike)
- 1 x Topeak Mini Morph bike pump (can be mounted on bike frame) (only 1, not per bike)
Please note: both bikes come without the Brooks saddle as they are now nicely molded to our 'seats'!
