After having been riding for a few years now I've put this bike on the back burner and lost interest. I had always wanted to build a cafe racer and this bike is a great platform for that!
A little about the bike; it's a 1978 Kawasaki KZ650, five speed, 74xxx km's, was originally red but a previous owner painted it the classic Kawi green. Has a lot of aftermarket parts already including the exhaust, air pod filters, rear suspension, headlight, turn signals, to name some.
I've also got bunch of spare parts including another complete set of carbs, foot pegs, stock mirrors, handlebar, etc.
It really doesn't like cold starts but once she's warm she seems fine. Even though the motor has 74k km's she still sounds healthy. Does burn a bit of oil I've noticed as well.
Looking for it to go to someone with some more time, could use the additional space in the garage as well.
