FOR-TRADE: Horse lease for Cleaning/Water fills in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

Metchosin Riding Opportunity. The property has a 60ft sand round pen available for use and is located right next to the galloping goose for miles of trail riding and a short distance from Weir Beach.
A space is available for someone with intermediate or experienced riding skills to clean in lieu of discount.
The duties include:
- All water fills - horses & goats
- Paddock cleaning (2) horses
- Pick-up manure in the field daily
- Pick-up branches in the field when noticed
- Sweeping rubber matts and tack room
The chores take no longer than 1 hour a day. Any days currently available for cleaning except Wednesdays, soon to be Saturdays. Preference given to someone who can clean weekdays.
The full lease rate is $150 a month for one day a week or $200 for two days a week. The discount on your riding day is $15, which would bring the weekly lease rate down to $90 a month or if you want to do two days a week and only clean one, it would be $140 a month. A full work to lease includes cleaning/waters and evenings feeds on your riding day.
The horses I have available are:
Lucky - 16hh QH gelding - english and western gear available. Steady eddy guy for someone wanting to build back up their confidence in the saddle. Available any days but Monday and Wednesday.
Piper - 17hh WB/TB gelding - english and western gear available. Well trained in dressage, but requires a confident rider to encourage him to leave the barnyard behind to explore the trails.
Duff- 15.1hh QH gelding - english gear only and prefers someone with a light hand and a gentle ride. He's more whoa than go.
Horse Council BC membership (HCBC.ca) and wearing regulation safety equipment while riding required.
