Year round turn out on a three acre field with safe fencing.
Brought into the barn at night to a 12 x 12 stall (with Soft Stall Mattresses) attached to a 12 x 17 covered run out. Hot water available in the barn.
For stormy days there are large well drained winter paddocks with roomy shelters so your horse can stay dry and still have lots of room to move around and play.
Lovely all weather sand arena - with lights for night riding. It is level with excellent footing. There are two separate covered seating areas for viewing.
Direct access to trails from the property.
Good quality feed including Dr Reeds vitamins. Minimum of 3 feelings per day (on the days they are in the winter paddocks there is additional feeding mid-day).
Owner/instructor on premises.
Options for offsetting some of the expenses with partial barn help.
