Fantastic Canadian/Thoroughbred Cross Mare in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

Sadly, it has come time to sell my amazing, fantastic mare. Gracie is a 16hh, 15 year old Canadian/Thoroughbred Cross. She is in excellent health, has big, solid hooves (is barefoot), and is a very loving horse. She will do anything you ask her to do, however is NOT a beginners horse. She goes English and Western. Gracie is an excellent trail horse, loves to get out and explore trails all day. She has done Pony Club and we've been to games days like barrel racing and pole bending, and is great in the ring (although she hasn't done much for about a year and a half). She is sensitive, and can be spooky (mostly on busy roads), but has no buck or rear. She will go out by herself or with others, but has been known to kick if another horse gets too close. She stands/ties well, loads and trailers good, and is great with the vet and farrier.
The only reason I am selling her is because I recently had a baby and unfortunately just don't have the time to give her what she deserves. I love her so much, and it pains me to sell her, but I feel bad for her just spending most her days in the pasture. She loves having a job to do and is a very eager to please horse. If you have the time to spend with her and are able to give her the attention she deserves, she will make you a very happy horse owner!
Gracie gets her teeth floated and vaccines every year, and is about a month overdue for her annual vaccinations and probably another teeth float, but my vet is on maternity leave at the moment. She is a very easy keeper, just gets fed local hay and alfalfa cubes with Dr. Reeds minerals/vitamins supplement.
