Board available at Country Roads Equestrian B&B in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

Country Roads Equestrian B&B is now accepting horses for full board located in Metchosin B.C.
We are fully insured and provide spacious, well lit paddocks dry all year round with freshly laid footing and a sandy patch for snoozing and rolling. Each shelter is solidly constructed with extended overhang and matted front porch. Paddocks will be mucked out twice daily and fresh bedding added as required.
We are a family owned and run business and take pride in treating your furry friends as if they were our own:)
A general medicine cabinet is available to all boarders when needed for any "in house" treatable care along with providing the seasonal wormer required on a every three month rotation. We also have a routine schedule with our favourite Vet and Farrier to maintain a happy and healthy herd.
Our feeding program includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner serving a low sugar tested Timothy along with a top quality local dairy hay. As well a grain and mineral program suited to your horses needs. All of the above is included in our monthly board fee of $550.00
On property we have a large ring that is able to host most disciplines along with a variety of new jumps and ground poles. Plenty of storage for all your tack and horse related accessories provided. We have currently 2 local travelling dressage and hunter/jumper coaches that provide lessons on property but we welcome all coaches. Would also consider hosting a coach and small herd of horses if it is suitable for coach and property owner.
Off property adventures include a small lake for swimming in the summer and trails accessible all year round. A short walk to to connect with the galloping goose taking you to the Metchosin town centre, ocean beaches, and the community riding ring. Or walk the goose the opposite direction and it will land you on the beautiful grounds of Cedar Vista offering an established and competitive Spring and Summer show series.
