Large Leather Chaise Sofa in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

This is structurally sound and incredibly comfortable. It can be separated into two parts as it's currently being used.
There is significant wear on the leather (fake leather I think) and bits have flaked off. There is a new sheet of leather covering the sofa part, and the bottom of the chaise is in excellent condition, leaving mostly the backrests with the visible wear.
It's not perfect, but it's cheap, fills a space nicely, looks good, and quite comfortable.

Sofa part: 34 deep and 71 wide
Chaise addition: 36 wide, and 68 long
