Dark brown fake leather couch.
Structurally sound and fairly new just very sun damaged from being in a very sunny condo! Pleather material is peeling.
Would need a blanket or a couch slip unless you were just putting it in a garage or for animals.
Needs to go ASAP
Possibility of including the matching love seat.
