This is a one piece rain jumper by Mountain Co-Op for size 2T. It has a re-enforced bottom and inner thighs for extra support for rough and tumble play, sliding, etc. My son only wore this twice before he outgrew it and moved on to another size. It is perfect for Victoria weather as you can slip a warm sweater underneath during the cooler months and is light enough to be enough on its own in warmer weather.
