Classic Chris Craft Commander Lower Price in Sooke, British Columbia for sale

This is a classic 1968 Fiberglass Chris Craft Sedan style Commander with original twin Chevrolet 327 gasoline engines. The boat is direct drive. This is a project boat, partially completed.
All the top glasswork has been refinished and the cabin insulated. New Canvas covers for helm station and full rear deck. !20V system has been redone. 12V system works but some fixtures have been removed to insulate.
One Paragon transmission was removed for rebuilding and is ready to install. Will cost $1,800 from rebuilder.
Both engines have compression but both starters need replacement so I don't have an accurate PSI.
Has fairly new head.
Boat is currently dry docked in Sooke but was in the water before I purchased it. I had the bottom cleaned. Needs wheel and propellers.
Restored, this is worth between $24,000 and $35,000. I have all the receipts from the previous owner which add up to more than I'm asking.
My work situation has changed and I can no longer afford to invest the time and money it needs. This will be a great boat for someone who can.
