Catalina 22 sailboat for sale. Including all appendages she measures 25.5 feet.  The Catalina 22 is one of the longest continuously produced sailboats in the world. Parts are easily purchased on-line through the Catalina website.
"Windfall" is a Mk 1 version with the sought after Swing Keel, which allows her to access shallower areas in an otherwise tight anchorage.  Her draught is 5' with the keel lowered and only 2' raised.  Windfall sleeps four adults and has a seated headroom of 4'4"' or 5"7 with the pop-top raised.  She carries her beam well aft, which provides stability and buoyancy, even with four large adults in the spacious cockpit.
This Catalina 22 has an attractive red hull, painted in 2010. It comes complete with an 8 hp outboard, VHF radio, new lifelines, and seat cushions with new upholstery and new foam.  All sails are good and were recently professionally re-stitched. They include a Main, Storm Jib, Genoa and Spinnaker. Boat is moored at Canadian Forces Sailing Club in Esquimalt.
