Rode Podcaster microphone and boom arm (the Rode PSA1). Both are great shape and work well. It comes with the USB cable too.
Retail (on amazon.ca) for both is $430. I'm asking $190 (more than 50% off), but you have to come to East Sooke to pick it up (you're welcome to try it first here). This is a great deal that won't last long and is perfect for podcasters (it's what I used it for).
