I have had the most amazing landlord for the past 4 and a half years but he is now going to sell. It won't be for a few months but with the market as it is l am starting my look now. I will admit l have a few pets consisting of 3 dogs and 2 cats all of which come with great references as do l both work,rental,and personal.l would prefer to stay in the Sooke area but l can't be picky. I need a one to 2 bedroom one bathroom and laundry would be a plus.A yard of some kind for the dogs of which l do clean up after and the cats are indoors. There has to be someone out there willing to take a chance on us. The last place l lived l was there for 9 years. I am a mature woman who works and pays rent on time. My budget is somewhat limited at $1000 with utilities in and more if cable and internet are included. Please help me keep my family together. They keep me grounded.
