Must have job resume, personal and rental references, have own transportation, be ok with hard work, and have other part time work or income. The cabin itself is very small but cozy with a kitchenette/sitting room, second floor stand up bedroom, and has electric heat. Right across from the cabin is a shared bathroom with one other person and laundry. This is truly a quaint little home in a rural setting at $985 (in work exchange) which includes furnishings, utilities of hydro, internet and laundry.
