Spacious, lightly furnished (beds) 2 bdr ground-level suite in Sooke available short-term, one to six months only. Will be turned into a daycare next year. Bright, fresh, newly finished. Legal suite but no stove, hotplate etc available. Owner lives upstairs and works from home. Four sweet dogs (three puppies) on the premises, we can't have any more, sorry! No smoking please. Wifi included, 1/3rd hydro. Laundry in suite, tenants who don't mind sharing the machines with the rest of us would be appreciated. Plenty of parking.
