Hello! I am a 30 year old working female looking for a one bedroom suite or apartment to rent for July 1st. I currently work as a community health worker doing homecare for seniors and my employer is allowing me to do a work transfer to the Sooke area. I am quiet, responsible, respectful, single, a non smoker, respectful and have been stable at my current work position for the past 6 years. Presently, over the past 3.5 years I have been renting a 3 bedroom house in Victoria, while renting out the other bedrooms to students/working professionals as the head roommate. The landlord has allowed me to overtake the house and have the responsibility to pick tenants to fill the rooms. I believe I have had a great relationship with my current landlords, who will provide a great reference to my future landlords. I have made the decision to find a place of my own and to be closer to family/friends in beautiful Sooke. My budget is between 800-1000, with the intention to rent long term..but I am willing to sign a lease for a 6 month commitment to start. Looking for a place that is fairly close to the central area of Sooke for June 15th or July 1st. I do have a car, so a parking spot would be needed. Any questions feel free to ask.
